About the role
As Junior Content Creator you will be responsible for creating content for Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells in the UK- primarily across Instagram and TikTok.
You will turn activations, creator collaborations, launches, trends, and community activity into engaging, platform-native content designed for social-first platforms. From filming and editing to concept development and publishing-ready delivery, you will be involved throughout the content creation process.
This is not a desk-based content role. You will be out at activations, events, launches, creator collaborations, and community activities, capturing content where things happen.
You will work as part of the UK Marketing team, working closely with our Social Media Coordinator and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This role is based at our London office, in Farringdon.
In this role you will
Content creation
- Film, edit, and produce content across Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells
- Turn activations, launches, partnerships, campaigns, and community moments into engaging social content.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and audiences
- Support the development of content concepts and creative ideas
- Create content designed specifically for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok
Trends and platform relevance
- Identify trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to our brands
- Create reactive and trend-driven content
- Continuously test new formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and editing styles
- Stay up to date with platform developments and audience behaviour

Planning and production
- Support content planning across brands and channels
- Coordinate content shoots, production activities, and creator collaborations
- Work closely with creators, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders
- Help maintain a consistent creative quality across all brands
Social marketing
- Work closely with Brand Activation Managers to create content around activations, launches, and community initiatives
- Contribute ideas and creative input to content planning and campaigns
- Use performance insights and learnings to continuously improve content output

Who you are
- You enjoy creating content and have a strong understanding of what works across social media platforms.
- You are curious, creative, and always paying attention to new formats, trends, and ways of capturing attention. At the same time, you are comfortable moving from idea to execution and getting content produced when it is needed.
- You enjoy being out in the market, capturing content around activations, launches, creators, and communities rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
- You enjoy moving quickly, testing ideas, and learning from what performs.
To succeed in this role, you likely have
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram & TikTok
- Practical experience with filming, editing, and content production
- A strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behaviour
- Experience creating content for brands, organisations, personal channels, or similar environments
- A creative mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluency in English
