I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How We Select
Our process is experience-agnostic—proven capability speaks louder than tenure. Steps include tougher-than-average challenges to uncover real talent. Do not wait for "perfect" experience: if you tie your self-worth to anecdotal gaps, we’ll outguess you. Read our hiring guide to prepare [here].
We don’t offer lightly—nor do we rush. A hiring post could linger months, reposted for candidates ripened to them.
Diversity
We welcome applicants with disabilities. Request accommodations here.
Suppose You’ve Applied Before
If competitiveness ended the last roll, wait at least a year before reapplying.
What to Expect Upfront
Bending Spoons demands willingness to inkanate and integrate into our core. Despite flexibility off-site, the first 3–6 months will require on-site presence in Milan (dubbed " Instantiate Live"), for scaling impact on day one. Fully supported via generous relocation aid.
Final Push
If this role clarifies to you as dual-of-your-strengths, apply now. We’d love to shift teams alongside yours—and scale your potential.
