Junior Copywriter

Company Description

We're a digital marketing agency that thrives on bold ideas and powerful visuals. At Catalyst Growth, we specialise in UGC ads, static and motion design creatives. We work with fast-growing DTC brands across the world to drive engagement and scale their digital presence.

About the Role

Some ads get ignored.

Some ads stop the scroll, start conversations, and scale brands.

Those are the ads that matter and the ads we make.

Catalyst is looking for a curious, ambitious Junior Copywriter to join our creative team and learn how high-performing paid social creative gets made.

You'll work alongside Creative Strategists, Designers, and Producers to turn client briefs into ideas that are built to perform across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and wherever audiences are spending their time next.

This is a role for someone who:

  • Loves writing,
  • Pays attention to the ads they save or click on,
  • Wants to understand why some creative scales while other creative disappears into the feed.

You'll learn how to:

  • Write the hooks that earn attention,
  • Create scripts that drive action,
  • Produce copy that helps brands grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
