Job Purpose
This role sits at the intersection of creative concepting and hands-on content and experience creation. You’ll help develop ideas for campaigns, experiences and social content, then bring those ideas to life by shooting, editing, designing, generating and experimenting.
You’re someone who loves ideas, but loves making things happen even more.
You might come from an art direction, film or hybrid creative background, but what really matters is that you're a maker - someone who turns ideas into things quickly.
The GPJ Ignite programme is an opportunity for immersive, hands-on experiences with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the programme. You do not need to be a current student to apply. We welcome recent graduates, university placements, and people returning to the workforce. - Paid 1 year programme in a global, fast-paced agency
- Working directly within the Creative Operations team with internal teams, clients and supplier partners
- You will receive thorough induction and training in your role within the department and wider agency
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to experience concepts whilst also making the day-to-day content that keeps our clients relevant.
- Helping develop ideas for experiential, social-first campaigns and content for global brands
- Working with other creatives and designers to build those ideas out and share them with clients
- Making actual content — shooting, editing, designing or generating
- Creating fast-turnaround social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Jumping on cultural moments and trends to create reactive content
- Experimenting with new tools, formats and creative approaches

About you
- Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself
- A strong understanding of marketing theory and the power of creativity to differentiate communications
- An instinct for what works on social platforms and experiences
- Someone who’s excited by making and experimenting
- Curious about culture, creators, trends and internet communities
- Collaborative, proactive and excited to learn
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and the ability to build relationships with clients
- You are able to work at speed on projects with firm milestones and deadlines, whilst at all times maintaining the highest level of detail and adhering to the standards and processes set out within the department.

Your background, skills and experience
- A portfolio that shows creative thinking and things you’ve actually made
- Strong conceptual skills to translate the creative into social media content and video
- Experience with tools like Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma or similar and AI similar AI tools that help communicate your concepts
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Good presentation skills for internal, supplier and client presentations.
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a high-paced and demanding studio.
- Awareness of material properties, structural logic, and construction principles.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, diligent, organised and knowledgeable.
Culture
- Be a champion for creative excellence at the agency & help upskill teams
- Work closely with account leads and digital staff to expand our content capabilities and ambitions
- Support with the development of thought leadership or marketing initiatives
- Attend industry events and provide feedback for the team
