What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Junior Integrated Creative Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you love bringing ideas to life across both digital and print and have a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working on high-impact creative projects.

Key responsibilities

  • You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life across print and digital platforms.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and executing creative concepts across digital and print channels, including social media, email campaigns, advertising, event collateral, and branded content
    • Creating motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance engagement and communicate brand messages effectively
    • Ensuring templates and assets are optimised for different digital specifications and platforms
    • Supporting seasonal launches and commercial campaigns with high-quality creative outputs
    • Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
    • Helping drive idea-led creative work that supports marketing objectives and brand storytelling
    • Maintaining consistency across all brand communications and ensuring work aligns with company guidelines
    • Managing multiple projects and timelines while delivering high-quality work to deadline
    • Keeping up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
