What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Junior Integrated Creative Designer to join our in-house creative team. If you love bringing ideas to life across both digital and print and have a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll support the development and delivery of creative work across a variety of touchpoints, helping shape seasonal launches and commercial campaigns for an iconic brand. Working closely with the Integrated Creative Designer and wider creative team, you’ll contribute to engaging, visually compelling work that connects with customers across multiple channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while working on high-impact creative projects.
Key responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life across print and digital platforms.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing creative concepts across digital and print channels, including social media, email campaigns, advertising, event collateral, and branded content
- Creating motion graphics, animations, and video content that enhance engagement and communicate brand messages effectively
- Ensuring templates and assets are optimised for different digital specifications and platforms
- Supporting seasonal launches and commercial campaigns with high-quality creative outputs
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
- Helping drive idea-led creative work that supports marketing objectives and brand storytelling
- Maintaining consistency across all brand communications and ensuring work aligns with company guidelines
- Managing multiple projects and timelines while delivering high-quality work to deadline
- Keeping up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team

Experience and Skills required
We’re after someone who’s creative, organised, and eager to develop within a collaborative design environment. You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous in-house or agency experience (desirable)
- Experience creating visual communications across both print and digital channels
- A portfolio demonstrating strong branding, layout, typography, and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design tools
- Skills in motion design, animation, and video editing
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of design consistency
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive attitude and confidence in problem-solving independently
- A genuine passion for design, creativity, and emerging trends

- An annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000 plus 10% bonus potential

The interview journey
Every interview process at Pret begins with the same two stages. First, you’ll have a relaxed 30-minute conversation with our recruitment team so we can get to know you and your experience. Next, you’ll be invited to a one-hour, in-person interview with the hiring manager at our Head Office in London Victoria.
Depending on the role and function, there may be additional stages. These could include time spent in one of our shops, completing a task, or meeting a senior leader.
Before you apply
This role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in London Victoria, where we work in a hybrid way - typically three days a week in the office.
