What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Creative Designer to join our growing in-house creative studio. If you’re full of ideas, excited by brand storytelling, and thrive in a collaborative creative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is an exciting chance to work with a much-loved food brand, helping shape impactful campaigns across digital, in-store, and brand experiences. You’ll work alongside a talented creative team, developing innovative concepts while growing your skills across a wide range of creative disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Designing high-quality visual marketing materials for a variety of formats including print, in-store, campaign and digital materials.
- Supporting the development and rollout of creative concepts and brand campaigns.
- Helping maintain consistency across all brand communications and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into effective creative outcomes.
- Researching design, cultural, and competitor trends to inspire fresh creative thinking.
- Ensuring all creative work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Participating in team reviews, presentations, and collaborative creative discussions.
- Ensuring all marketing materials are brand-aligned, up-to-date, and print-ready.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Setting up artwork for POS and packaging.
- Supporting the team with administrative and production tasks as needed.

Experience and Skills required
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma experience a bonus.
- Experience creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms.
- A solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- A passion for design trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovation.
- An openness to feedback and a curiosity for new ideas and approaches.
- Motion design experience (a plus).
- Previous in-house or agency experience (desirable).

- The annual salary of £25,000 – 30,000 plus 10% bonus potential.

The interview journey
Every interview process at Pret begins with the same two stages. First, you’ll have a relaxed 30-minute conversation with our recruitment team so we can get to know you and your experience. Next, you’ll be invited to a one-hour, in-person interview with the hiring manager at our Head Office in London Victoria.
Depending on the role and function, there may be additional stages. These could include time spent in one of our shops, completing a task, or meeting a senior leader.

This role is based at Pret’s Support Centre in London Victoria, where we work in a hybrid way - typically three days a week in the office.
