About The Role
Want to join the UK's most exciting production studio? LADstudios Originals team are the proud winners of two Broadcast Digital Awards, including Best Online Channel. In this role, you will join the talented team behind hit shows like Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box, and Minutes With.
We are looking for a talented Junior Creative Producer to join our entertainment strand.
To excel in this role, you must be deeply passionate about celebrity and creator culture, a master multitasker & capable of hitting tight deadlines.
What The Opportunity Looks Like
- Assist Entertainment Producers with detailed shoot preparation, research, and logistics.
- Carry out thorough research into celebrity and popular culture trends.
- Build comprehensive research sheets around trending subjects, themes, and fresh episode ideas.
- You'll support the wider Development team where necessary; contributing new segment or format thoughts.
- Assist with edits, review final cuts, and cover editing suites when producers are out on shoots.
- Attend shoots in a supportive capacity, with the long-term goal of independently running your own sets.
- Work alongside our YouTube Channel Manager to optimise thumbnails and video packaging post-release.
- Support the talent research, execute fact-checking, and identify viral angles. Collaborate with social teams to spot viral trends that can be integrated into YouTube episodes or short-form cutdowns.
- You'll work with talent teams to help identify rising stars and our internal PR team to help market our formats.
- Stay ahead of internet trends, major talent moments, and reactive opportunities to feed into the development pipeline.

Skills And Experience We'd Like You To Have
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Creative Producer within the digital content industry.
- Deep familiarity with the current celebrity and creator scene.
- A thorough understanding of YouTube & social media platforms is essential.
- Superb attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to get stuck into any task.
- Prior experience with or exposure to edit producing.
- A genuine passion for creating high-impact entertainment content.
- Willingness to travel within the UK for shoots as required.
