We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Junior Creative who wants to make work that earns attention, sparks conversation and leaves a mark. You'll join a growing creative team working across consumer, technology, healthcare and corporate clients, helping develop earned-first ideas that people don't just see, but share, talk about and remember.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll work alongside creatives, strategists, designers, creators and account teams to solve business challenges in ambitious ways. One day you might be writing social content. The next, helping shape a campaign platform or cultural activation.
We're less interested in how many years of experience you have and more interested in how you think. We want curious people who are plugged into culture, obsessed with ideas, and always asking, "How could this be better?" Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Someone who wants to make work that truly matters to the real world. Ambitious ideas don't happen by accident. They happen when people care enough to make them real.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of earned-first creative ideas for client campaigns, new business pitches and proactive opportunities.
- Monitor cultural trends, news moments, audience behaviours and emerging platforms to inspire creative thinking.
- Conduct research and gather insights that help shape campaign concepts and creative recommendations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
- Help develop presentations, creative decks and pitch materials.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure ideas are rooted in client objectives and audience insights.
- Support the creation of campaign mechanics, activation ideas, partnerships and earned media opportunities.
- Work alongside content, social and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Assist in evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities for future optimisation.
