About Fraggell
Fraggell is a performance creative agency for 7–8 figure DTC brands. We help brands scale through Meta and TikTok ad creative that actually drives revenue, not just impressions. We have an in-house studio in Manchester; we're a growing team with both in-house and remote members.
The Role
This is a role for someone at the start of their creative strategy career who's already obsessed with ads. You'll work alongside an experienced Creative Strategist, supporting a pod of DTC brands.
We're not looking for a finished strategist. We're looking for someone with genuine instinct for what stops a scroll, who wants to be told exactly why an idea did or didn't work, and who'll get better every single month.
What We're Looking For
- Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, content, or creative strategy — including internships, freelance work, or your own projects
- An eye for what makes an ad work, even if you can't fully articulate why yet. We'll teach you the frameworks
- Strong writing. You can write like a real person talks, not like a brand
- Detail-oriented and organised — you'll be tracking multiple brands and creative threads from day one
- Genuinely coachable. You'll get direct feedback constantly and you need to want that
- You live and breathe eCommerce, ads, and performance. You're the kind of person who scrolls Meta's Ad Library for fun, listens to marketing podcasts, and experiments with creative formats on the weekend

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting a Creative Strategist across a pod of DTC clients
- Researching customer psychology — reviews, forums, comments, competitor ads — and turning it into usable insight for concepts
- Owning mashups, statics, and script variations end to end
- Writing hooks and script variants off approved concepts, then progressing to your own concepts as you develop
- Learning the awareness ladder — from Unaware through to Most Aware — and how to pick the right level for a brief
- Pulling performance data from Motion and Ads Manager, spotting patterns, and bringing them into concept sessions
- Sitting in on pre-production with the producer to learn casting, location, and format decisions
- Reviewing UGC creator footage and flagging what's usable
- Building and maintaining a swipe file of what's working across the ad library and in culture
- On set for in-person shoots, assisting the strategist directing them
