Job Description

Why Join Us

Nutreco, a member of the SHV family, is committed to Feeding the Future through sustainable and innovative nutrition solutions. Our two business lines work at the heart of global food production: Skretting is a leading provider of innovative aquafeed solutions, supporting the sustainable growth of aquaculture, while Trouw Nutrition advances animal health, productivity and sustainable livestock farming through feed specialties, premixes and nutritional expertise.

As a Junior Credit Controller, you will play an important role in helping our Belfast site maintain healthy cash flow, strong customer relationships and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will join a supportive Finance team where you can build practical experience in credit control, customer accounts, payment processes and financial reporting, while developing your skills within a global organisation guided by our purpose of Feeding the Future.

If you are looking for a hands-on Finance role where you can learn, grow and make a visible contribution from day one, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You will support the management of customer accounts, help resolve payment queries and ensure that incoming payments and financial records are handled accurately.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
