Role: Junior CRM Data Executive
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid working available)


About the opportunity

Our client is a growing B2B marketing agency that specialises in helping technology, engineering, and clean energy businesses grow through data-driven marketing. They are looking for a Junior CRM Data Executive to join their CRM and Data team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and problem-solving and is looking to build a long-term career in CRM, marketing operations, and marketing technology.

You'll work alongside experienced CRM consultants and data specialists, gaining hands-on experience with HubSpot and other leading CRM and marketing automation platforms. Full support, mentoring, and training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their technical and consulting skills.

The role

As a Junior CRM Data Executive, you'll support the delivery of CRM, marketing data, and technology projects for a range of B2B clients.

You'll help ensure client data is accurate, well managed, and ready to support marketing and sales activity while developing your knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, automation, and marketing technology.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced specialists and progress into a CRM Consultant or HubSpot Solutions Engineer role over time.

About you

We're looking for someone with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone with strong foundations and the ambition to grow.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience working with data in a commercial environment (6 months–2 years)
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
  • Experience cleaning, organizing, or validating data
  • Experience producing reports or analyzing performance data
  • Understanding of CRM systems (any platform)
  • Experience segmenting customer or marketing data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A genuine interest in CRM, marketing technology, and data

Desirable experience

Any of the following would be an advantage, but are not essential:

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM platform.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data imports, data cleansing, or reporting.
