Junior Customer Service Representative
Winchester, SO21 2DY (rural location)
Full time, permanent (8am-5pm)
Salary: £10.75-£12.71 per hour

Our client, Roost Heating, is a fast-growing plumbing and heating company covering Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey and the surrounding areas. Known for delivering reliable service and building strong customer relationships, the business continues to grow through reputation and customer trust.
They are now seeking a Junior Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team and support the day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, engineer schedules and administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in administration or customer service within a supportive and growing business. Full training will be provided.

Junior Customer Service Administrator, the role:
- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to emails
- Booking annual servicing appointments and breakdown visits
- Supporting the scheduling of engineer diaries and workloads
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Providing customers with updates regarding appointments and engineer visits
- Supporting engineers and the wider team with administration tasks
- Assisting with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business
- Assisting with general administration duties as required
Junior Customer Service Administrator, the person:
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well within a busy team environment
- Reliable, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Good local geographical knowledge of Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey
