Junior Customer Success Manager & Sales Development Representative Company: Physitrack Location and working hours: London, UK · Office-Based (5 days/week) Hours: Full time. About You We are searching for a Junior Customer Success Manager & Sales Development Representative to join our team. You need to be a graduate who is tech-savvy and prepared to work hard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship-building skills. You should have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, or health technology and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. German speaking is essential for this role. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients across Physitrack and Champion Health, acting as their primary day-to-day point of contact, driving onboarding, monitoring client health, and supporting renewal conversations. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads, qualify inbound enquiries, and book discovery calls for senior members of the commercial team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, report on outreach metrics and pipeline activity weekly, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on messaging and resolve client queries. Qualifications: Graduate degree (required) German language proficiency (essential) Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account management role internships or placements welcome. Skills and Experience: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and platforms Confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM desirable; familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) a plus. We expect you to bring in new business and grow existing businesses and lead us in doing that.
