About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Cyber Security Career Programme. This role is ideal for those aspiring to build a career in cybersecurity, regardless of their prior experience. Qualifications

  • No prior technical experience is required to join this programme.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a commitment to learning.
  • Basic computer literacy and a proactive attitude are essential.
  • Ideal applicants are determined, eager to develop new skills, and interested in pursuing a long-term career in cybersecurity.
  • A background in IT or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Our training is designed to accommodate beginners and guide them step-by-step through the learning process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in live, instructor-led online training sessions to acquire foundational and advanced cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Complete hands-on projects that simulate real-world business security challenges, applying theoretical concepts to practical scenarios.
  • Prepare for and obtain industry-recognized certifications, including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, and Forescout FSCA.
  • Participate in mentorship sessions and industry workshops to enhance understanding of cybersecurity practices and trends.
  • Collaborate with peers and instructors to foster a supportive learning environment and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Upon course completion, work with our partner employers to secure a cybersecurity role, demonstrating your newly acquired skills and certifications.
