Role Overview
The Junior Data Analyst will support the team in analysing data, generating insights, and improving decision-making across the business.
You’ll work with internal teams to collect, clean, and analyse data, helping identify trends, measure performance, and surface insights that inform strategy. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and translating numbers into clear insights.

You’ll gain exposure to modern analytics tools and work closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organise data from multiple sources
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports to track business performance
- Support teams with ad-hoc data analysis and insights
- Assist with maintaining and improving data quality
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms to extract insights
- Help automate reporting processes where possible
- Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools preferred
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about data
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and simply
- Bachelor’s degree in data, economics, maths, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
