Fully Remote (UK) — up to £30,000 Visa sponsorship is not possible for this role.
We're working with a fast-growing edtech startup that's looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join its Market Intelligence team.
This is a proper growth role for someone early in their data career. You'll get real ownership from day one, plenty of variety, and the kind of learning curve that sets you up well for the years ahead. The team is fully remote, tight-knit, and runs on trust rather than micromanagement — you manage your own time and own your work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing
- Sourcing, cleaning and structuring data so it's ready to actually use

- Some experience building basic reports or dashboards
- A sharp eye for detail, and someone who digs for the root cause rather than taking data at face value
- A good communicator who asks the right questions instead of waiting to be told
- Nice to have: exposure to a CRM like HubSpot, a BI/dashboarding tool, or using AI in a data workflow.
