Welcome to the Analytics team at Gousto! Based at our London HQ, you will join us as an individual contributor reporting directly to our Analytics Manager. You will be embedded within a cross-functional tribe, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow analysts to influence key business choices and drive operational performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build the technical foundations of your data craft within a supportive, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work across the full analysis lifecycle, from data extraction and manipulation to advanced visualisation and communication, delivering clear insights that help expand our customer base and optimise day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the level of detail to the audience
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards that scale insight and enable proactive performance monitoring
  • Investigate anomalies and trends in day-to-day performance, forming hypotheses and testing them against the data
  • Build reusable, well-documented data models and code that other analysts can pick up and extend
  • Actively seek and act on feedback to improve the quality of your work
  • Understand how your work ladders up to your tribe's OKRs and align your priorities accordingly
  • Contribute to Analytics knowledge sharing and improving ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
