Reporting to: Head of Data & Insight

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Data & Insight Analyst to join the Dazed Media team and work across all of our titles: Dazed, Dazed Club, AnOther, Another Man, and Nowness. You will take on a variety of responsibilities, such as end-of-campaign reporting for commercial projects, ad hoc data and insight requests, and creating and maintaining dashboards.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, client-facing end-of-campaign performance reports for a range of projects.
  • Collaborate with teams in the US on detailed weekly reporting for large branded campaigns. These reports must contain accurate data, innovative insights, and clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and our advertising studio on various data and insight requests to help Dazed win new business, often on tight deadlines.
  • Improve our data centralisation and visualisation projects to help everyone across the business understand our audience and their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Dazed editorial team to help grow our audience on-site and on social media by providing clear insights on what is working and what is not.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
