Reporting to: Head of Data & Insight
Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Data & Insight Analyst to join the Dazed Media team and work across all of our titles: Dazed, Dazed Club, AnOther, Another Man, and Nowness. You will take on a variety of responsibilities, such as end-of-campaign reporting for commercial projects, ad hoc data and insight requests, and creating and maintaining dashboards.
You will work closely with every team at Dazed and partners at agencies and data providers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, client-facing end-of-campaign performance reports for a range of projects.
- Collaborate with teams in the US on detailed weekly reporting for large branded campaigns. These reports must contain accurate data, innovative insights, and clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales teams and our advertising studio on various data and insight requests to help Dazed win new business, often on tight deadlines.
- Improve our data centralisation and visualisation projects to help everyone across the business understand our audience and their needs.
- Collaborate with the Dazed editorial team to help grow our audience on-site and on social media by providing clear insights on what is working and what is not.

What You'll Need
- Experience with various data tools is desirable but not essential. These include social analytics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), BigQuery, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Funnel, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and a CRM/email marketing tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who can create crystal-clear narratives from complex data.
- Previous experience in data analysis whether in a job or at university. We are happy to welcome newly graduated applicants.
- Previous experience using market research methods such as surveying, user testing, or focus groups is ideal but not required.
- A working understanding of data warehouses or a programming language is ideal but not required.
