The Role: Junior Delivery Executive
As a Junior Delivery Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring game deadlines are met, working closely with the Delivery Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Oversight of the game certification pipeline – from initial quote to final certificate receipt.
- Third-party coordination – ensuring timely delivery of game certifications.
- Stakeholder communication – regular updates to internal and external teams on certification progress.
- Market support – assisting Account Management in game releases across multiple international markets.
- Regulatory compliance – maintaining and improving internal processes for regulatory documentation storage.
- Financial & workflow support – leveraging internal systems to facilitate game delivery.
- Workload planning – assisting the Delivery Manager in scheduling third-party tasks.
- Defect resolution – collaborating with technical teams to address certification issues.
- Deployment assistance – supporting content rollouts.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in admin support, coordination, or project-assisting roles.
