Junior Demand Planner

As we look to expand our team, you will help us maintain our established position as a trusted beauty distribution partner to our European retail customers.
As a Junior Demand Planner
You will contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes, being at the forefront of leveraging data to drive business success. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments, where you'll collect, analyse, and present data-driven solutions to support our growing business.
Responsibilities
- To deliver accurate demand forecasts, maintaining system accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support stock availability.
- Produce purchase orders and recommended quantities for multiple suppliers.
- Manage stock levels to reduce overstock and obsolescence.
- Creation and maintenance of product codes within the ERP
- Devise and introduce process improvements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to apply appropriate market intelligence to the forecast.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Marketing to integrate promotions, activations, and new product launches into demand plans.

Skills and Experience
- Inventory forecasting or demand planning experience
- An analytical, proactive mindset with experience working with multiple data sources.
- Advanced Excel experience (minimum V-Lookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity.
- Fluent English (C2 bilingual/C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages advantageous
- Also, an advantage if you have any Python SQL or Power Bi experience
