Location: Altrincham, Cheshire (Hybrid following successful onboarding)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing technology solutions business that delivers large-scale deployment projects across the hospitality and retail sectors.
Working within a collaborative Operations team, you'll support the planning and delivery of nationwide technology rollout projects for major household-name customers. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management, offering exposure to complex deployments, stakeholder management and operational planning within a fast-paced environment.
You'll work alongside experienced project managers, coordinating installations, managing project documentation, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of nationwide technology deployment projects.
- Assist with maintaining project schedules and tracking key milestones.
- Coordinate activities with engineers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Produce project reports, status updates and deployment documentation.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records, trackers and installation documentation.
- Support stock forecasting and deployment planning activities.
- Identify risks, scheduling conflicts and resource issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes.
- Provide general project administration to support successful project delivery.

About You
You'll be highly organised, proactive and keen to develop your career within project management. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience within project coordination, project administration or a junior project management role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience of technology deployments, IT hardware, retail, hospitality or field service environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
