We’re looking for a Junior Designer with strong creative instincts, a passion for design and a desire to grow within a fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop their craft and contribute to exciting creative work across sport and entertainment.

We want someone who thinks creatively, has a strong interest in visual storytelling, is passionate about design, culture and emerging trends, understands the importance of typography, layout and detail, is eager to learn from experienced creatives and wants to help create standout in-house creative work in sport and entertainment.

You should be comfortable supporting the creation of campaign visuals, social-first creative, sponsorship assets and reactive content while developing your skills across a variety of projects.

You’ll work closely with senior creatives, brand leads, motion designers, editors, marketers and production teams to help support and evolve the visual identity and creative output of the Betway brand globally. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

We’re scaling our internal creative capability to support:

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Assisting in delivering high-quality creative across digital, social, campaign and brand channels
  • Creating visually engaging and on-brand design work with guidance from senior team members
  • Supporting creative ideas and design solutions across campaigns and content
  • Assisting with sponsorship and ambassador campaign rollouts
  • Working across social assets, reactive content and campaign toolkits
  • Helping maintain visual consistency and creative standards across markets
  • Collaborating with creative, marketing and production teams across multiple regions
  • Participating in brainstorms, workshops and campaign planning sessions
  • Staying up to date with design trends, sport culture, social behaviour and emerging creative tools
  • Learning how AI can support creative ideation, production and workflow systems
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting reactive content around live sport, partnerships and cultural moments.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A portfolio demonstrating good design fundamentals and creative potential
  • Understanding of layout, typography and composition principles
  • Some experience creating work across digital, social or campaign environments
  • Ability to create visually engaging creative work
  • Confidence developing and discussing creative ideas
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality
  • Curiosity, initiative and creative enthusiasm
  • Passion for sport, entertainment, internet culture and storytelling
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience or interest in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or motion workflows is a bonus
  • Interest in AI creative tools and workflows for ideation and content production.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Internship, freelance or junior-level experience within creative teams
  • Interest in sport, entertainment, lifestyle or culturally driven brands
  • Understanding of social-first creative and platform behaviour
  • Interest in reactive content and live event marketing
  • Basic knowledge of photography, retouching or post-production workflows
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Awareness of betting, gaming or sports marketing industries
  • Curiosity around emerging AI creative technologies and automation systems
