The Role

This is a fast-paced, high-output role working across a portfolio of premium consumer brands. No two days are the same. You will be expected to switch between projects quickly, maintain an exceptional eye for detail, and consistently deliver work that upholds the premium standards our brands demand.

As Junior Designer at Beam Group, you will be an integral part of our team, producing design assets that span POS, digital, print, and e-commerce channels. You will work closely with the marketing and ecommerce team, brand managers, account managers, and external clients to bring campaigns and brand identities to life across multiple touchpoints.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering high volumes of polished, on-brand creative work, from social media assets and digital ad campaigns through to print-ready artwork and e-commerce visuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated, motivated designer to build a broad commercial skill set within a well-established and ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Creation

  • Design engaging, high-quality visuals for social media, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Produce and adapt creative assets to platform-specific specifications, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Amazon Marketplace.
  • Support the delivery of creative campaigns from initial concept through to final production-ready files.

Print and Layout

  • Prepare and format print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, and event materials.
  • Ensure all print files meet supplier specifications, including correct bleeds, colour profiles, and resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
