Taste Film is expanding and we are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join the team. Taste Film creates immersive cinematic dining experiences across the UK, alongside bespoke B2B events for clients including Disney, Prime Video and Universal Studios.
We are looking for a Freelance Junior Designer to support our busy creative department for two days a week, working closely with the Creative Lead and marketing team across a range of creative projects. The role will primarily focus on social media design, digital/printed marketing assets, emails, presentations and supporting wider campaign rollouts.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, develop their skills and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced creative business operating across film, food and live events.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing static social media assets for launches, campaigns and ongoing marketing activity
- Creating and adapting paid social ads across multiple formats
- Supporting the creation of email, website and digital marketing assets
- Adapting existing creative assets into new layouts and sizes
- Assisting with presentation decks, pitch materials and branded collateral
- Supporting the adaptation and preparation of print assets for production
- Helping maintain consistency across the Taste Film visual identity and applying brand guidelines across all outputs
- Preparing artwork for digital and print delivery
You Must Be Able To
- Work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary way
- Manage your time across a variety of projects and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with different teams
- Take feedback positively and apply it efficiently
- Work proactively and stay organised in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of design experience, internships or freelance work
- A BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, strong visual thinking and innovative design solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Confidence using Canva for presentations and social content
- Understanding of how to apply and work within brand guidelines
- Good understanding of social-first design, marketing and digital layouts
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in film, entertainment, food and culture

- Basic After Effects or Premiere Pro knowledge
