Mid-Weight / Junior Designer
YOM | Full-Time | [London / Hybrid]
About the Role
YOM is an exciting beauty startup building something groundbreaking — a brand that's creative, impactful, and doing things differently. We're looking for a Mid-Weight / Junior Designer to join us at a pivotal moment and help shape how our brand shows up in the world.
This is a rare chance to be part of something from the ground up. You'll bring our brand and product story to life across social, email, and the full 360° mix, and you'll work closely with our founder to help build out her personal channels too. We're after someone ambitious, talented, and genuinely excited by the idea of building a brand — someone who thrives working closely with a small, fast-moving team and isn't afraid to bring bold ideas to the table.
What You'll Do
- Bring our brand and product story to life across social, email, and the full 360° mix — social, digital, print, OOH, packaging, motion/video, and in-store or experiential assets
- Design and build EDMs/email campaigns in Figma, following brand and template guidelines
- Create scroll-stopping social content, including Reels and other short-form video, tailored to each platform's format and audience
- Support our founder in building out and growing her personal channels, creating content that feels authentic to her voice while staying true to the brand
- Translate brand guidelines and creative briefs into polished, channel-appropriate executions
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts in brainstorms — we want your point of view, not just your execution
- Partner closely with the founder and wider team to bring campaigns from concept to final delivery
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality
- Prepare and adapt artwork for various formats and specs (social crops, email templates, motion frames, etc.)
- Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and beauty/category work
- Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint as the brand scales
- Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
