PepsiCo Design Foods Europe is looking for a highly creative and forward-thinking Junior Designer to join the team in LONDON.
This is a unique opportunity for a designer who is inspired by the chance to help shape and elevate some of the world’s most iconic and beloved food brands — including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Quaker, and many more — contributing to work that reaches millions of consumers every day and leaves a lasting cultural impact.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive, curious, and creatively driven designer who brings energy, fresh perspectives, and a strong desire to grow.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new ways of working, and is excited to experiment, learn, and push creative boundaries.
- This role will support the creation of compelling brand experiences across a variety of touchpoints, helping bring ideas to life through high-quality design execution.
- The Designer will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand and graphic design projects from ideation to execution.
- The main objective of this role is to build brand ecosystems that empower our iconic brands through all the consumer journey.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand design projects across Foods Europe portfolios.
- Translate creative briefs into strong, insight-driven design concepts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to the delivery of design assets across multiple touchpoints: packaging, visual identity systems, shopper, experiential, digital, campaigns, etc.
- Respond quickly and effectively to briefs, demonstrating agility and attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing and presenting creative ideas, clearly communicating design rationale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver consistent brand expression.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation by exploring new tools, techniques, and creative approaches.
Accountabilities
- Creating high quality brand design solutions in a rapid-paced, high-output environment
- Deliver end to end projects from concept to artwork.
- Present design concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Quickly sketch ideas to create and communicate concepts
- Participate and contribute in brainstorm sessions
- Be able to iterate on designs based on direction and feedback from Brand Design lead(s)
- Design in alignment to evolving brand needs with emphasis on brand consistency + meet business objectives
- Ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment
- Manages own timelines, milestones, and internal deadlines to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years studio experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion preferably within FMCG
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Background + understanding of brand/graphic design as well as a basic understanding of industrial design + motion preferred
- Strong portfolio of design work showcasing both print and digital projects
- Social media-minded curator
- Digital + photography interest or experience
- Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities
- Strong typography and layout sensibility
- Great sketching (digital and/or hand sketching) skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts -- Illustration skills would be a bonus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, craft, and conceptual thinking.
- Multidisciplinary exposure across different areas of design (branding, packaging, digital, etc.).
- Interest in working across diverse brands and markets within a regional/global context.
Technical & Specialist Skills (Highly Valued)
- Expert with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Miro/Figma, etc.).
- Experience on AI tools applied to design development and visualization
- Exposure to motion design, animation.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and new creative methodologies.
