Overall Purpose
We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing creative team.
As a Junior Designer at Vervaunt, you will create high-quality static, video, and motion graphics for a range of clients.
You will be hands-on from the start, working closely with our team of designers and strategists to develop both your technical skills and your eye for work that actually performs.
You will be part of a team that believes good design solves real problems.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing static, video, and motion assets across a range of client briefs
- Working within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative thinking
- Collaborating closely with senior team members in creative brainstorms and reviews
- Presenting your work clearly and taking feedback constructively
- Iterating quickly and managing your time effectively across multiple live projects
- Staying curious: keeping up with design trends, trying new tools, and sharing inspiration with the team
What We Are Looking For
- A strong portfolio that shows range: static, motion, or both
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar)
- Genuine curiosity about design and how it connects to business outcomes
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the resilience to handle fast-moving projects
- Strong attention to detail in every piece of client-facing work
- A collaborative spirit and the confidence to contribute ideas in a team setting
- A willingness to give and receive feedback constructively
