Junior Designer

Leeds (Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week) ¦ Up to £33,000 + Benefits

Our European Creative Studio is growing, and we're looking for a talented Junior Designer to join the team.

Excel

  • Bring your ideas to life across campaigns, presentations, social media, email marketing and internal communications.
  • You'll have the chance to build your portfolio, develop stakeholder management skills and contribute to creative projects seen across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating visual assets for digital, social, print and internal communications
  • Designing layouts for presentations, reports, posters and marketing materials
  • Adapting creative concepts across multiple formats and channels
  • Applying brand guidelines consistently across multiple brands
  • Supporting creative reviews and collaborating with wider marketing teams
  • Developing your design expertise while staying ahead of emerging trends and best practice

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years' experience in a design environment or relevant placement experience
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for design, branding and visual storytelling
  • Someone who is proactive, organised and excited to learn
