The Role
- Support the delivery of secure, resilient, and high-performing IT services
- Maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve systems to ensure reliability
- Assist in aligning services with evolving organisational and legislative priorities
- Support live services through proactive monitoring and incident resolution
- Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and automation activities
- Collaborate with a diverse engineering community in an agile environment

What You'll Need
- Keen interest in learning and developing technical capabilities
- Experience with cloud-based Unix/Linux environments and SQL
- Awareness or experience of automation and monitoring in a support environment
- Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS or similar)
- Knowledge of database querying and investigation
- Willingness to support experienced team members and troubleshoot technical issues
