About Joseph Joseph

At Joseph Joseph, we are driven by a simple yet powerful belief — that intelligent design has the ability to transform everyday living. We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that not only solve real-world problems but also bring joy, beauty, and functionality to daily life.

Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Artworker to join our Digital Creative team and help bring the Joseph Joseph brand to life across every digital touchpoint. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative and shoot production process, working closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Digital Marketers to create, adapt, and upload digital marketing assets that inspire customers and support a growing global brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious, ambitious, and eager to grow within a supportive, design-led environment. You’ll build your creative and digital marketing skills while contributing to a diverse range of projects, from early ideas and shoot preparation through to polished final artwork. If you love learning quickly, care about the details, and feel motivated by seeing your work make a visible impact, this could be the perfect next step for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
