Junior Digital Brand Manager Greater London (Hybrid, 2 days WFH) £40 000 + benefits + bonus

We are working on behalf of a global consumer goods business who are looking for a digital marketer. This role will contribute to strategy, enhance online presence, and support the delivery of effective, consumer-focused digital campaigns within a regulated FMCG setting, focused on premium recreational products.

The Role You’ll lead digital marketing planning and execution, working with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and optimise performance across digital channels.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the development of digital campaign concepts and overseeing end-to-end execution and delivering multiple campaigns per brand annually Building and managing relationships with digital retail partners, negotiating product placement, visibility and promotional features to maximise brand exposure and commercial return Driving growth across existing digital retail partnerships while identifying and onboarding new, high-potential platforms aligned to brand strategy Monitoring, analysing and optimising campaign performance against KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable ROI Applying strong analytical capability to data collection, interpretation and performance reporting, thereby generating actionable insights and translating these into clear strategic recommendations
