Job Role:
Location: Full-Time, London-based (semi-hybrid) role with requirement to be able to travel within UK, Europe and Internationally.
Start Date: ~August 2026
Role Summary:
To effectively setup, train and support clients from 'Kick-off' to 'Go-live' on our digital solutions, namely ‘Collaborative Planning’ and ‘DataTouch’ whilst supporting our other bespoke solutions, to overall benefit client construction project management.

What we’re looking for:
Required:
- Technical ability - to learn and understand the methods and nuances of software system set-up, and how the solutions can be best implemented to each bespoke client project to effectively realise results.
- People-skills – be confident in supporting and hosting client meetings, training sessions and building relationships with clients, stakeholders and teammates alike.
- Time-Management – to effectively manage their own diaries when managing multiple client (and internal) journeys and processes.
- Ability to Adapt – to thrive in an environment of meeting everchanging needs of clients.
- Ability to Travel – Digital deployment can take place anywhere in the UK and Internationally! Please note this role will require you to be able to travel.

Desired (but not necessary!):
- Up to 2 years construction-industry experience (planning experience ideal)
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience working with/alongside developers and/or in a technical software role
