Junior Digital Designer
We're looking for a talented Junior Digital Designer to join our creative team. If you're passionate about digital design, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy bringing ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you.
Who you'll be
You'll be a creative and organised designer with a strong understanding of digital design principles and a passion for producing engaging content across multiple channels. You'll enjoy collaborating with others, balancing multiple priorities and finding creative solutions that elevate the customer experience. Proactive and eager to learn, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality work while bringing fresh ideas and attention to detail to everything you do. Reporting to the Senior Digital Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that support business and brand objectives.

What you'll do
- Create high-quality digital assets across our website, email, social media and digital marketing channels.
- Design engaging homepage content, email campaigns, editorial pages and engaging social media assets, including animated content.
- Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines, technically accurate and optimised for different digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, adapting quickly to changing trade calendars and last-minute updates.
- Produce pixel-perfect designs with a strong focus on typography, layout and user experience.
- Keep up to date with digital design trends, fashion and lifestyle inspiration to bring fresh ideas to your work.
- Build positive relationships across the business, contributing to a collaborative and creative team culture.
