The company provides manned guarding, mobile patrols, remote monitoring, keyholding, and alarm response, supported by a 24/7 Control Room in Gloucestershire. As an SIA-Approved Contractor with NSI Gold accreditation, Glevum operates to rigorous compliance and industry-leading standards, with a strong focus on reliability and resilience. The team works with a wide range of clients tailoring each solution to their individual needs. In 2024, Glevum joined the TMA Services Group, a group of security companies operating nationwide.
Role Description
Glevum Security and the wider TMA Services Group are going through a period of expansion, and we are now looking to appoint a Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to support the core day-to-day Marketing and Communications function across the Group.
This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years’ experience in marketing, or a recent graduate, who is keen to learn, confident using social media, and able to take initiative to get things done. Experience in design is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Execution
- Manage and schedule social media content across all Group companies using pre-defined content plans
- Execute social media posting consistently and maintain content calendars
- Run organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Monitor engagement, followers, and replies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Gather content from across the Group to support regular posting.
Marketing Assets & Content Creation
- Collate case studies, testimonials, and proof points from operations teams, maintaining a central content library for bids and marketing use
- Support the creation and formatting of marketing assets, including brochures, one-page capability sheets, team bios, and testimonials
- Build and support the distribution of monthly newsletters
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing outputs.
Website & Digital Maintenance
- Maintain and update website content across the Group’s companies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Produce basic analytics reports for social media, newsletters, and website activity.

Bid & Tender Support
- Identifying bid opportunities via portals and checking for clarification updates
- Supplying marketing assets, case studies, and testimonials for bids
- Submitting bid documents via tendering portals.
