The Company
Our client is a global FMCG retail brand with an impressive portfolio of household products sold across major retailers and eCommerce platforms worldwide.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing specialist with a passion for paid media/performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives analysing campaign performance and optimising activity to deliver measurable commercial results.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across multiple paid media channels, ensuring alignment with global brand and media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Support the delivery and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Paid Social
- Retail Media
- BVOD
- Influencer marketing
- Monitor campaign performance to drive improved engagement, conversion, and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with agency partners to ensure campaigns meet agreed KPIs and are delivered effectively.

Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Contribute ideas for creative testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Develop influencer campaign briefs, identify suitable content creators, and measure campaign success.
- Support the ongoing optimisation of always-on digital activity.
- Analyse audience performance and identify cross-channel retargeting opportunities.
Reporting & Insights
- Analyse campaign performance using platforms such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, and Amazon Ads.
- Produce regular reports and actionable insights to support future campaign improvements.
- Track and refine key performance metrics, including:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- eCPM (Effective Cost Per Thousand)
- Conversion Rate
- Engagement Rate
- Frequency

About You
You’ll bring paid digital marketing experience and a passion to further your career within a global consumer brand.
Ideally, you should have:
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Retail Media
- A solid understanding of performance metrics, including:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- CVR (Conversion Rate)
- Engagement metrics
- GA4 familiarity and experience using digital reporting tools to analyse campaign performance.
- Knowledge of full-funnel marketing and customer journey optimisation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passionate interest in digital marketing and eCommerce.
