Junior Digital Producer - London
About the job
HMX Media is a world-leading developer of 3D technology and digital marketing assets. Working at the frontier of automation and AI-driven image creation, we elevate global campaigns with visuals that are precise, impactful, and scalable.
We're looking for a Junior Digital Producer to join our London team - someone with early exposure to the industry who's ready to step up into project ownership. If you've done an internship or work experience in production, post-production, or a creative studio and you're hungry for more responsibility, this is your route into producing.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be hands-on from the start, working alongside a team of experts to:
- Help lead the creation of CGI and live-action promotional videos, CGI images, campaign visuals, and interactive real-time 3D applications.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience - managing timelines, expectations, and internal teams, working with clients and colleagues across the globe.
- Support and coordinate post-production, including CGI, editing, compositing, and motion graphics.
- Take growing ownership of projects, delivering to the highest standards at every step - with mentorship as you build toward running your own.
- Collaborate with in-house software developers to improve platform features and enhance client pipelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
