We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our Digital Team in Rayleigh, Essex
Job Description
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will work alongside the Marketing, Development and Social Media Teams, to initiate, coordinate, create and launch outstanding websites, as well as market businesses online.
Marketing Role
- Producing precise and consistent copy and content for websites and digital channels
- Assisting the Marketing Team with SEO application on over 300 websites per month. Involving applying SEO works to the customers’ websites, including working on content, backlinks, image and header tags, meta descriptions, and many other forms of optimisation
- Content creation and management and coordination of the social media accounts for our clients
- Meeting KPIs and providing reports on ROI and analyse key metrics to us and our clients
- Communicating with clients via email, telephone and face to face on a daily basis
- Creation and management of Paid Campaigns for our clients
- Ensure quality control checks are completed so that there are no bugs or issues in website presentation or operation
- Creation and management of Email Marketing campaigns for our clients
- Advertising campaigns, Blogs and Proofreading

Development Role:
- Learning and practicing project management and coordination for website development projects
- Handling email, websites, and domain hosting
- Liaising with Project Managers and clients to understand the project directive fully
- To design and develop websites on the most popular platforms (e.g. WordPress and WooCommerce)
- Exploring the newest trends for website design and development, to help keep our product and service up to date
- Using front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and PHP
- Helping to update, support and maintain hundreds of current client websites
- Ensure quality control checks are completed so that there are no bugs or issues in website, presentation, operation and security
- Working on Logos, Brochures, Hosting Transfers, Domain Purchasing and etups
During your time at Safetech LTD you will be working independently and learn to manage your own time, you are encouraged to ask the team anything you need extra help with!
Qualifications
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Requirements
Skills Required
- 1 to 3 years of industry based experience
- You will have the organisational skills to develop projects based on project notes and handovers
- Passion in Technology, Marketing and Web Design/Development
- Able to manage projects, coordinate, as well as meet deadlines, timelines and milestones
Personal Qualities
- Good spelling and grammar are a must
- A people person, first and foremost. To be easy to work in a team and client-based environment with good written and verbal communication skills
- A technology enthusiast. Understanding goes a long way to making our clients feel heard, understood and updated in the right manner
