Role Overview

Our client is hiring a Junior Observability Engineer (Dynatrace) to help establish a Dynatrace platform that gives full visibility across application and infrastructure performance. If you're energized by proactive problem-solving, improving service resilience, and using data to drive smarter decisions, this is a brilliant place to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the establishment of the Dynatrace platform across the application management services estate
  • Help deliver end-to-end observability for applications and infrastructure performance
  • Enable earlier issue detection and more proactive service management
  • Assist with dependency mapping, monitoring, and automated alerting
  • Support faster root cause analysis and improved incident resolution
  • Contribute to AI-assisted analytics to strengthen insight-led decision-making
  • Help improve resilience and the overall user experience
