Role Overview
Our client is hiring a Junior Observability Engineer (Dynatrace) to help establish a Dynatrace platform that gives full visibility across application and infrastructure performance. If you're energized by proactive problem-solving, improving service resilience, and using data to drive smarter decisions, this is a brilliant place to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the establishment of the Dynatrace platform across the application management services estate
- Help deliver end-to-end observability for applications and infrastructure performance
- Enable earlier issue detection and more proactive service management
- Assist with dependency mapping, monitoring, and automated alerting
- Support faster root cause analysis and improved incident resolution
- Contribute to AI-assisted analytics to strengthen insight-led decision-making
- Help improve resilience and the overall user experience
