About the Role
As a Junior E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our product listings, optimising content, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across key platforms for CONNETIX and My Creative Box.
Key Responsibilities
- Support market performance monitoring and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across online channels

- Product Setup & Content Management
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of product listings, descriptions, high-quality images, A+ content, and video uploads.
- Content Creation & Updates
- Regularly refine and enhance product content to align with branding guidelines and resonate with customers.
- Video Content Management
- Upload, manage, and maintain video content for product pages.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Continuously analyse trends and customer insights to drive improvements in online content and boost sales performance.
- Sales Monitoring & Response
- Track sales volumes and react to unusual changes, investigating and resolving fluctuations promptly.
- Problem-Solving & Ownership
- Take accountability for issues related to content, product listings, or sales trends while delivering effective solutions.
- Data Analysis
- Utilise Excel to analyse sales data, assess content performance, and generate insightful reports.
- Project Management
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring work is completed on scope and within workflow processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams to align e-commerce objectives effectively.
- Training & Documentation
- Maintain and update e-commerce process documentation, and mentor new team members.
About You

Ideal Candidate Must-Haves
✅ 2–3 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role. ✅ Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and content management systems—Amazon experience is a plus. ✅ Proficient in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights. ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality. ✅ Customer-centric mindset, always improving user experience. ✅ Ability to work cross-functionally and keep stakeholders aligned. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✅ Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable taking quick action.
