Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 + Package DOE
Location: West Dublin
Overview
A well-established property developer is seeking a Junior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to support residential construction projects in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop their skills within a structured and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the implementation of site EHS policies and procedures
- Supporting risk assessments, method statements, and safety audits
- Conducting regular site inspections and reporting findings
- Promoting a strong health & safety culture among site personnel
- Assisting with incident investigations and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Maintaining EHS documentation and records

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a construction environment (placement experience considered)
- Knowledge of Irish health & safety regulations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail
