About the Role

Are you an Electrician with a Level 3 qualification or above looking to step away from the tools and begin a rewarding career in training?

Do you want to join a leading technical education provider that will fully support you in gaining teaching and assessing qualifications while developing the next generation of Electrical Engineers?

This well-established technical training provider delivers high-quality engineering and apprenticeship programmes in partnership with leading employers across the region. In this role, you will receive full training to become a qualified Electrical Trainer, delivering practical and classroom-based learning to apprentices. You'll monitor learner progress, carry out assessments and reviews, work closely with employers, and provide coaching and support throughout each apprentice's programme. No previous teaching experience is required—full training and qualifications will be provided.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
