Employment Solicitor / NQ – 2 years PQE / Birmingham / Legal 500 firm

Launch your employment law career with one of the leading national specialist teams. This market-leading Legal 500-recognised multi-disciplinary practice is seeking a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join its thriving employment team in Birmingham. To apply, contact Penny on 0121 454 1004.

Recognised as a market leader in employment law, our client advises an impressive client base ranging from ambitious start-ups and SMEs to national and international corporates, alongside senior executives and private individuals. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work from day one and build your expertise across the full spectrum of employment law. You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Business acquisitions and employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • TUPE transfers
  • Collective redundancies and restructuring projects
  • Senior executive appointments and exits
  • Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
  • Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
  • Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including:
    • Whistleblowing claims
    • Discrimination claims
    • Breach of contract disputes

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly)
