Location: Poole, Dorset (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office) Salary: Up to £30,000 + Benefits
About the Company
Our client is an established software solutions provider with over 30 years of experience helping organisations improve their operations through innovative business software. They are renowned for delivering excellent customer service and investing in the development of their people.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ERP or CRM support experience who is looking to move into consultancy. You’ll receive hands-on mentoring, exposure to customer projects, and a clear pathway into becoming a fully-fledged ERP Consultant.
The Role
As a Junior ERP Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to troubleshoot system issues, configure software, deliver training, and support ERP implementations.
The business specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, but we’re happy to consider candidates with experience supporting:
- Dynamics NAV
- Dynamics 365 (other modules)
- SAP Business One
- Sage
- NetSuite
- Epicor
- Infor
- Oracle
- Salesforce

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understanding business processes, and wants to build a long-term career in ERP consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support for ERP and business software users
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, identifying root causes before escalating where possible
- Configure systems to meet customer requirements
- Deliver user training and support customers with best practices
- Assist with implementations, upgrades, and data migrations
- Understand customer business processes and recommend system improvements
- Document support cases and collaborate with senior consultants on more complex projects
About You
You’ll have experience supporting an ERP, CRM, or other business application and enjoy investigating issues rather than simply escalating them. Key characteristics include:
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Genuine interest in business systems
Desirable experience:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Dynamics 365 CE
- SAP Business One
- Sage
- NetSuite
- SQL or reporting tools
- Experience with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or operational business processes
