Junior Estate Agent Apprentice
Kingswood Estate Agents, Basildon have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their team. This role requires a confident individual who can converse easily with people and is ambitious to succeed.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the letting industry. Responsibilities are to include, but not be limited to:
- Replying and drafting professional emails to the client
- Working alongside the Sales Progression and Lettings Teams as customer support on the phone
- Interacting with customers on social media
- Completing data collection
- General office tasks
- Keeping a log of energy performance certificates
- Tagging property keys
- Helping our sales team collect feedback from viewings
- Assisting with viewings

Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport is essential at the time of application.
Desirable qualifications:
- GCSE in English Language (grade 4)
- GCSE in English Literature (grade 4)
- GCSE in Maths (grade 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
