Principally, their role is focused on ensuring that Hemiko can develop and grow its heat networks by:

  • Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, grounded in meaningful communications, community benefit, and social value.
  • Raising Hemiko’s local and national profile across media and government to create a supportive environment for the development of heat networks.

We appreciate that no one’s circumstances are the same and having the flexibility in working environments is essential to our wellbeing. If this is significant to you, let us know when you apply, and we will discuss how this could work in your role.

We recognize that no candidate will meet every requirement listed above. If you have most of the skills, experience, and enthusiasm to succeed in this role, we'd encourage you to apply. Hemiko strives to be an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from anyone regardless of ethnic origin, gender, gender expression, disability, age, trade union activity, marital status, religious belief, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
