This role is fully remote and it is based in the London area.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Field Technician to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who has a genuine interest in technology, IT, and gaming, but does not require previous industry experience.
You will receive full training for the role and ongoing support from a dedicated mentor engineer, helping you build hands-on technical skills and confidence in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS & IT equipment
- Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Provide friendly, professional on-site support to customers
- Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real-world experience
- Configures and installs applicable software
- Performs routine checks according to documented procedures
- Assists with special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- A strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming
- Ideally a recent college or university leaver
- Willingness to learn and get hands-on with technical equipment
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Have a full clean UK driving licence
