About ersg

Set up in 2008 ersg was one of the first recruiters in providing a workforce solution in energy. Recognised now as a market leader in this field we cover all staffing from design and development to construction, operations & maintenance. ersg works with major international companies through to smaller independent businesses to enable their projects to be facilitated effectively throughout the entire project life cycle.

Headquartered in London we have grown from 5 staff in 2008 to over 200 to date; opening offices across Europe, Asia and North America.

Duties include:

  • Group revenue and gross profit reconciliations
  • Sales commission calculations
  • Support with the transition away from reports generated using Microsoft Excel into Power BI
  • Financial planning and analysis including budgeting
  • Production of business performance reports
  • Supporting and evaluating bids and tenders with financial data and models
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications & Experience

  • You must be ACCA, ACA or CIMA part-qualified
  • Experience in a similar environment
  • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualisation software package
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages – strong Excel skills is a must
  • Experience using Sage Intacct
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good business acumen
  • Uses initiative to problem solve

This role would require you full time in the office for the first three months and after this you can work one day per week from home
