Junior Football Agent / Player Operations Manager

Location: Remote with travel to matches as required
Compensation: Commission based

About Us

We are a growing football agency building a network across player representation, recruitment, and club relationships. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a direct role in shaping the business.

This role is suited to someone ambitious, commercially minded, and genuinely passionate about football. We are looking for someone who wants more than a traditional role, someone willing to contribute to building something long term and grow into a full agent position over time.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Agent / Player Operations Manager to support player recruitment, club outreach, and day to day agency operations. You will work across scouting, relationship management, and business development while helping identify and create opportunities for players.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the agency’s existing network to gather club transfer requirements and recruitment needs
  • Present player profiles to relevant clubs for review and consideration
  • Liaise with the agency’s current player roster and maintain relationships
  • Identify and target new player opportunities based on active club requirements
  • Scout players through live matches, video analysis, and online research
  • Recruit and onboard new players to the agency
  • Support wider business growth initiatives and relationship building across the football ecosystem

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
