Junior Front of House Manager | Full-Time

As a junior front of house manager, you’ll be front and centre in the action, ensuring smooth service, stepping up during busy periods, and empowering your team so every guest leaves wanting to return.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
- Creating a team culture where colleagues feel safe, seen, and proud to work
- Mentoring and supporting your team to help them grow
- Jumping into sections, solving operational challenges, and maintaining momentum
- Adopting a kaizen mindset—constantly identifying small improvements and driving change
