Junior Front of House Manager | Full-Time

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you’ll be right there in the action, keeping service smooth, stepping up when it gets busy, and backing your team so every guest leaves wanting to return.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
  • Nurturing a workplace where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up
  • Mentoring your team and helping them grow
  • Jumping into sections, solving problems, and maintaining pace
  • Cultivating a kaizen mindset — constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then implementing them
