Junior Front of House Manager | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant
- Nurturing a workplace where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up
- Mentoring your team and helping them grow
- Jumping into sections, solving problems, and maintaining pace
- Cultivating a kaizen mindset — constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then implementing them
